Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery. Failure to do so may affect the quality and timeliness of services.7. TerminationEither party may terminate services with a written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for the payment of services delivered up to the termination date.8. Limitation of LiabilityUpGro Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of its services.9.
